Is it worth it to upgrade and get the new Oura ring? I have had mine for only three days and I am in love with it. I had the Oura ring 3 before and like two months after I bought it they came out with the 4 and I was like I am not spending the money to return and get a new one. So it is so much smaller. This is the Oura ring 3. Like literally a super bowl ring compared to the new one and then here is the new 5. I could not believe how skinny it is. Like it does not feel like it could be even capable of doing the same things because of how tiny it is. Like she is skinny. I cannot believe it. Few things about the sizing. I thought that I was going to have to size down. So I have both of my rings in a size 8. I heard this one was smaller and that the sensors were smaller so you would need to size down but I got the sizing kit and the size 7 does not fit over my knuckles. Also look at my tan line for my ring. It does not fit. So I had to get the size 8. So it is the same size as my old ring and it does fit like a little looser. So because the sensors aren't as big it feels looser than before. It hasn't seemed like it is affecting any of my data. Like I do the same workouts every day and get a similar amount of steps so I haven't seen any discrepancies and it is supposed to be more accurate. So it just like I love it. It is so thin like it does not feel like an Oura ring at all. So very very obsessed with it. If you have any questions let me know. I have been an Oura ring user for over two years. Love the Oura ring so much. Recommend to every single person that I meet and the new one is just so much smaller and nicer and less bulky. Obsessed.
