Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I maxed out my Roth R A. At the age of 24 and also happened to outperform the S and P 500. And this is exactly what I did. The first thing I did was set up recurring transfers and recurring investments. Because the second something becomes manual work, it becomes optional. If we have automatic payments set up for things like rent or credit card bills, then we should definitely have automatic payments that are investments to our future self. So you're gonna log into your brokerage account, you're going to set up automatic recurring transfers that are linked to your bank account, and you're going to also set up recurring investments so that once that money gets transferred, it's automatically investing into stocks and E T F s that you've already chosen. If you want this happen on a monthly basis, set the amount to $625. That's the max contribution limit for 2026. $7,500 divided by 12. Or if you're like me and you wanna sync it up with your paychecks, divide 625 by the number of times you get paid month and make that your recurring transfer amount. A lot of people misunderstand how a Roth I R A. Works. It is not like a 4:01 K that auto invest itself. You need to pick the investments. The R A. Is the house that you just bought. Inside the house is empty. You need to bring furniture in to actually make the house usable. And comfortable. So you need to find some stocks and E T F's to take the money that you just transferred in and invest in those so that your money can actually appreciate and compound over time. Now if you're saying things like I'm gonna wait until I have a better job or until I have more money saved up, that's the wrong mindset. Your money needs to start working as soon as possible, no matter what amount you have currently, because it will stack up over time. Otherwise the value of your money will be lost to inflation. And you need to beat inflation while also creating wealth for yourself. Whatever amount you have. $10, $50, 100 is a perfectly fine starting point, and you'll be much further ahead because you already had money working on your behalf from early on. I'm gonna make two more videos. The first is going to show you how to set up recurring transfers and investments with Fidelity, the brokerage account that I use. And the second video is gonna show you how to actually invest in stocks and buy stocks on a brokerage, because I don't seem to find lots of videos that show how to do that online.
