Hudson Table Hoboken, NJ Chef Competition Dinner Tasting If you're a big foodie in the Hoboken area, I highly recommend going to a Hudson Table Chef competition. It's an open kitchen, and two chefs each prep an app, appetizer, entree, dessert for you to try and rate. The best part is that it's so interactive, so you can ask questions to the chefs as they're cooking, taste test things, and it's BYOB, so it's overall a very fun night. The chefs have an ingredient basket they have to work from, and they create a menu on the spot. And it was really cool seeing how they were able to showcase their unique techniques and flavour profiles. I loved every single dish, and it genuinely felt like being a judge on Masterchef. And a Million kisses to Sylvia for taking me here for my birthday.
