So you either do that or you take swim classes. 2) required PE classes Going off that, there's required PE credits. Need four and nine weeks of PE to graduate. So that's basically a whole year of different PE classes. 3) basically don't take AP Credits Okay. Also MIT basically doesn't take any AP Credits other than a 5 on Calc BC, and then I think it's like a 5 on AP Physics C or something. Basically, you have to take the general requirement classes. Literally, it's two semesters of physics, two semesters of Calc, one semester of chemistry, and a semester of biology. 4) freshman fall is pass/fail Freshman fall is pass no record. So you either pass the class or fail it. But there is a credit limit, so you can only take 60 units, which is five classes. 5) students always go hacking/ chairing And for some reason, smart students like to break the rules, and they like to go hacking. Just basically finding a way to get into buildings that you're not supposed to. Like, climbing through vents all around MIT. Something else is that people like to go chairing, which is basically like sitting on a chair and sliding down a ramp inside one of the building's basements, which is so random. 6) people do crazy stuff And then also one time, someone dismantled a car. And then rebuilt it on top of the dome. So there was just like a car sitting on top of the dome. But there's literally so many crazy things that happen.
