Second hand sellers at flea markets, garage sales, yard sales have no idea how to price items. I went to a flea market for the first time in a long time, and somebody was selling a camera lens that I was looking at at the store. Like, it's pretty, pretty new lens. So I go, oh my gosh, this is perfect. How much is it? And the guy names the same price it is at the store. And I say, you got to be mistaken. That's the same price it is at Best Buy right now. And he says, I know, but here you don't have to pay sales tax. I said, neither do you. And you know what else you don't have to pay for? A store. You have no overhead at all. You have no walls, you have no payroll. The only thing that you have to buy is this folding table that's in front of you. And he makes a stink, I make a stink, and I go, I'm just going to go to the store, man. And he goes, fine, I'll drop the price 10%. I say, it's too late. I can't enjoy this lens anymore. If I bought it from you, every time I look at this lens, I would be very upset because I would picture your stupid face naming a stupid price. So, no thank you.
