She should stay though, because it's your dream to live in New York. Okay, that's not like a legal concept though. Um, I mean, why does that mess you up anyway? I mean, you're in New York, you have a sublease. Why does her moving out affect that? I mean, you can cover the rent, right? What do you do for a living? You make clay blobs that kind of look like cats. Well, that's a great hobby, but like what's your job? What do you do for your income? That is your job? Okay, well, I can kind of see why you don't want her to move out. Um, clay blob maker doesn't really look good on a lease application.
