You want to sue New York City because a woman fell in a manhole? What happened? She stepped out of a car and into a gaping hole of hot steam. Oh my gosh. What what is the city saying? Are they just going to pay her family right away? No, they're saying a truck ran over the manhole and flipped it open right before this happened. Okay, they're not taking any responsibility that they make manholes I guess be like tiddlywinks. Manholes aren't supposed to flip open like that, right? Don't cars run over manholes all the time? They're saying it's a truck's fault. Okay, well, what's happened since they said that? Numerous reports have come in saying that people have called 911 that a manhole was open. Okay, was that like five seconds before the woman fell in? It was two weeks. Okay, so basically this woman's family is going to get a bajillion dollars.
