Intelligent Stubbornness

This is my Giant Schnauzer, Romy. He is 5 and a half months old. And when we talk about the intelligence and the stubbornness of this breed, I want to give you guys a prime example of what I mean. So, in my other video, I told you guys that everything he sees, he needs to put it in his mouth, right? Like, he has a very investigative nature. They use their mouth in the same way that we use our hands. So, he knows what "drop it" means. If he picks something up and I say, "drop it," he'll pretty much drop it instantly. But here's the caveat, right? If whatever he picks up is small enough for him to like, conceal in his mouth, he'll just continue walking and like, hiding it in his mouth because he thinks that I don't know that he has it in his mouth. So I have to be like, "drop it, drop it," and I'll have to say it multiple times for him to listen. But I've noticed that if it's something big, like a pine cone or something like that, that he really can't conceal, I'll tell him, "drop it," and he'll drop it pretty immediately.
