Most reps lose the deal right here‼️ When you hear “I need to think about it”… and “it’s too expensive”… that’s not two objections. It’s ONE problem: uncertainty. Doubt. A gap you left open during the call And if you treat them separately, you lose control. ❌ Don’t say: “No worries, take your time” ❌ Don’t start justifying the price ❌ Don’t panic and discount ✅ Collapse both objections into ONE ✅ Get them to admit what’s actually unclear ✅ Tie it back to the cost of staying stuck ✅ Close with clarity, not pressure Follow this flow ⬇️ 1. Call out what’s really happening “Usually when I hear both of those together… it’s not about time, it’s about certainty.” 2. Force clarity “Help me understand, what feels uncertain right now? The investment… or whether this actually works?” 3. Reframe price “So it’s not that you can’t do it… you just want to be sure it’s worth it, right?” 4. Tie to pain “What’s [their problem] been costing you each month?” 5. Shift the frame “So is the bigger risk spending the money… or staying where you are?” 6. Close clean “Does moving forward today make sense… or is something still unresolved?” Most reps defend price. Top closers reframe the cost of inaction. Save this. You’ll need it on your next call. If you want my full objection framework, comment “THINK” and I’ll send it.
