Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
this is the AI update I have been waiting for since I was 12. OpenAI just dropped a coding agent that does pretty much everything now. Now I didn't think we would get here this year but we're here, we're here. So last year I did a challenge to build 10 apps in 10 weeks, but once I actually started building I realized that the hardest part wasn't the initial build, it was the MAINTENANCE. Once the apps were up, feedback started coming in and something was always randomly breaking. Now though, Codex can do all of that work itself with pretty much no input from me. They've added so many tools to make the agent a lot more powerful. Computer use, image generation with in the app and in app browser, but my personal favorite is Proactive Actions or heartbeats. With heartbeats, Codex can wake up on schedule, check my user feedback site and update all of these apps accordingly. I already have three automations running to constantly review and update these apps every week. And because Codex has a memory now, it can remember how I like to build things so that when it's working by itself, it still does things my way. OpenAI themselves and all these big companies are already using this internally for everything, and why wouldn't they? Because once you have this you can 10x your output. Now I will say this is a very powerful tool now, so you really want to make the most out of its potential. The way YOU can do that is by spending time exploring it and using it for anything and everything. The link is in my bio, so go play around with it and tell me what you discover.
