Meeden oil pastels are one of my favorite art supplies. I currently have over six boxes of oil pastels and these are just the creamiest oil pastels you can find. I'm a huge texture person so I love a lot of texture in my artwork. And the other brand that I've used, you have to push down so hard to get any texture at all. With these, you barely need to use any pressure. Because these are soft oil pastels, they don't have as much wax in them. This helps give you a buttery smooth texture.
