I am so messy with notes, but I think this might be the way I crawl out of it... I turned a product requirements document into a tiny local Notion-like vault using Obsidian and Codex. Folders, notes, canvases, connections… all built from the PRD without me manually organizing a single thing. This gives me a bird’s eye view of the project without stressing the documentation.
