I don't think the Olympics is my period. What? What do you mean? It's just so unfair. You think the Olympics measures who's the best in the world. The Olympics is actually measuring who is the best person in the world on this day on that 430 seconds. That's what it's measuring. I will say that when you've got a lot of adrenaline in your body, you do end up being able to get up and do a lot more things, but you might need more recovery. And I think that there's not been a lot of research into it. There's not been a lot of research into women's sport because sport has not been for women. It's an area that there's more research that needs to be done. There's people who train around their periods because there's like times in your cycle when you have more energy or you feel stronger or there's also times in your cycle where your joints are a lot looser. Knowing when those times are is really important, but only now is that becoming really mainstream because most medical research in general is done on men. But I think I was just again like really lucky that it never had a big big impact on me, but I definitely have swum with people that they wouldn't be able to get out of bed on that day. So it's just hard because you don't get to pick the time.
