ACL Recovery Day 3
Transcript
I think that ACL tears happen so often that we have decided as a society and as women's sports that it's like, a normal thing to happen. Just reality. But this should not be reality. Like, we gotta do better. This is crazy. For, like, this to be a common experience for a female athlete is insane. Multiple times. Day three of trying to lift my leg. I feel like I might get a little something. Look at my thigh. There's no way I could have done that on day three. Last time I tore my ACL.
