Everyone telling you to buy land and leverage that and all this generational wealth talk. I'll be quite honest with you. Sometimes I read the comments on all these like real estate investor videos and shit. And people are so uneducated. Like they're gonna buy land and do what with it? Sit on it? Like it's just gonna even if it triples in value, let's say you get it for like 10 grand because it's in the hood. It's gonna triple in value over the course of the next like 50 years. And then you got 30 grand. When it comes to real estate, it's simple. It's not rocket science. But you gotta have some sort of common sense and actual education before you start leveraging debt and doing stuff that you may regret in the next couple years. Even when it comes to rentals, you got the tenants, they're gonna pay your mortgage until they don't. Then what are you gonna do? Because the real estate investors on social media don't talk about that. Or let's say you get some cash flow. And all of a sudden, you got the NCIU and they see you in the next two years, your cash flow for the next two years is gone. If you didn't buy the property right. You've got to know what you're doing because if you don't, you will get burned. Like and follow for more.
