How to gain muscle on a budget. You see that right there? We pulling up here. We not pulling up at Whole Foods. First, we're doing protein sources. Chicken breast, 1.99 a pound. 5.48 for 60 eggs. Next, it's going to be carb sources. First, there's oatmeal, 2.88. Fiber One brownies for snacks, 3.98. Rice is pretty inexpensive, 2.46 for a small bag, 15 for the big one. That's literally all you need. If you're on a budget, two carb sources, two protein sources. Breakfast, oatmeal and eggs. Lunch, chicken and rice. Dinner could be one of the same meals and then you got some snacks in between. Fats, don't even worry about it. They're going to fill in by themselves with other little stuff you eat throughout the day. You guys overcomplicate this whole fitness thing. This is going to run you around 30 bucks a week. I have a full day of eating on my YouTube, link in the bio if you guys want to see it. Follow the page for more. Peace.
