Let's recreate an Apple ad in 60 seconds. Imagine being able to recreate a similar style ad in just a few clicks. Today I'm going to try to recreate the cinematography of an Apple ad through Claude Design. By navigating over to the animation section of Claude Design, I dropped a prompt that was designed by having Claude study an Apple advertisement. I'll build this as an original luxury product ad - matte black, bold centered typography, blue/violet halo glows, and smooth Apple-style easing. To respect IP, I won't use Apple's proprietary SF Pro typeface or replicate their specific branding; I'll use Inter (a high-quality open-source grotesque with very similar metrics) and craft original visual language inspired by the general minimal-luxury motion vocabulary in your references. Now let me design the timeline and build it. I'll commit to this aesthetic system: Inter (open-source, similar metrics to SF Pro Display, weights 700-900), generous tracking, oversized, centered. Color: Pure black (#000). Background: Halo is layered radial gradients blending blue. Ok(1ch 72% 0.18 255) -> violet Ok(1ch 68% 0.22 295) via mix. Blend-mode: screen. Heavy CSS blur. Motion: All eases in EaseOutQuad or Ease OutExpo. Slow, confident, no overshoot. 0.6s fades, 2s holds. Ring: CSS 3D perspective wrapper + rotating inner with conic-gradient brushed titanium masked into an annulus, inner band pulsing blue/violet. Timeline (24s, loops): 0-3 "Sleep deeper." (halo bloom + type). 3-6 "Recover faster." 6-9 "Focus longer." 9-10 Hero ring visuals, dolly forward. 10-15 Hero ring rotation. 15.5-16.5 Dolly bloom flash to black. 16.5-19 "Endless recovery." 19-21.5 "One ring." (crossfade). 21-24 Halo wordmark + tagline -> dissolve to black (loops cleanly). Claude begins to understand the full context of my prompt and the visual design from my example images. In just a few moments, I have a video advertisement for a fake fitness ring called Halo focused on recovery. You can tell the transition and structure feel similar to Apple, although the polish isn't quite there. One ring. Clay design is really strong at topography, motion design and although it's not as strong yet in photorealistic 3D detailed product renders and the studio level that brands like Apple put out. The odd design for animation is perfect and bringing your ideas to life. From there, you can then export your draft and polish it outside the platform. It's never been easier to see what a rough draft of a design might look like without having to build out the full design over the span of a few hours. If you'd like prompts to make animations within Claude Design or a free prompt library, check out the link in my bio. Drop a comment for what you'd like to see in the next video.
