Trump can no longer be audited by the IRS because he sued the IRS for $10 billion dollars because a contractor leaked his tax returns and instead of going to court, they settled and the settlement created a 1.8 billion, really 1.776 billion, peep that number, very patriotic, 1.8 billion dollar fund to pay out people who say the government came after them unfairly. It the anti-weaponization fund. People that stormed the capital are included in this. Also quietly added is that the IRS direct quote is forever barred from auditing Trump, his family and the entire Trump organization. This is for any tax return that was filed before of May 18th of 2026. No judge approved this. There was no vote in Congress. And now that's what's happening. This is absolutely unprecedented for a seated president and it smells a little corrupt. The fund is also how Trump can now pay his friends, allies and protect his family. Our clients are getting flagged for missing a 1099 and the president just wiped out every audit he's ever had. I'm not telling you this because I agree with it. Because I'm a consultant who actually cares about educating my community. I own a tax firm, so I feel responsible to tell you where your taxpayer dollars are actually going.
