This is what a week of sales looks like for a solo independent agency owner. Guys, so I have a weekly goal of 10,000k in premium sales. This is my personal goal. This is what works for me and has worked as I'm growing my agency. So first things first, before I get into sales, I always check my cancellations to make sure that I didn't have any cancellations last week. And if I did, it kind of goes backwards and I start in the negatives, but I didn't have any cancellations last week. So we are starting at zero. The first policy that I sold was a vacant home policy. This premium was $3,640 for the year. Second policy that I sold was a duplex owner occupied and it was $956 for the year. Next policy I sold was a standard HO3 policy. This was $1,786 for the year. I also sold a commercial policy. It was for a funeral home. The total premium was $3,361. And then I also up sold them a workers comp policy, which was $673. My total premium for last week was $10,416. This is one thing that I absolutely love about being a PNC agency owner because every single week is different. As you can see, this week was heavily in the home market. Next week I might not sell any home and I might just be doing auto. And then I always have my random commercial lines in there. So this is what it looks like as a PNC agency owner and you will be doing a little bit of everything.
