One of the key differences I see in sales between my different licenses #walkerinsurancetn #insurancebroker #realestateagent #independentagent As someone who has their P&C license, life insurance license, and real estate license, let me tell you guys something very specific about life insurance and real estate. Life insurance sales and real estate sales are very similar in the sense that it happens at specific times in people's lives. It's usually not something that people are thinking about often until they reach a certain milestone in their life. Especially for real estate, you know, you're not buying a house every day. You're not buying a house every year. You might buy a house, um, or you just got married, or they might have kids now and they feel like they want a little bit more stability. Same thing with life insurance. Although life insurance should be purchased earlier on, um, that's usually not the case. It's usually not until something happens or someone dies and they're like, oh, I need to get life insurance. That thought kind of triggers. Which is completely different from P&C because P&C sales are usually throughout someone's entire lifetime. From the time you turn 16 and you start driving to the time that you get your first apartment and need renters insurance, all the way into you want to start a business and you need business insurance. P&C sales are like throughout someone's entire lifetime. Which is why I primarily focus on P&C because although real estate and life insurance have those bigger commissions, P&C is more stable because you are, you know, people need it throughout their entire life. It's not something that people are triggered at different points in their life. It's something that's needed throughout their entire life.
