Well, should I get my life insurance license? Should I get my PNC license? Should I get my real estate license?

Well, should I get my life insurance license? Should I get my PNC license? Should I get my real estate license? Should I get my real estate license? Ask someone who is licensed for all three, let me tell you which ones I would get currently. I say this before I give my personal opinion. There's people killing it in every one of these categories. No matter what. So do not let my opinion stop you from getting any license, do whatever it is that you want. Coming last on the list in number three, I would say real estate. And the reason that I would say real estate is because right now there is like a hard market. Obviously, we know that the prices of homes are very expensive right now, the interest rates are very high. I have a house under contract. I've already sold a house this year and I will say that it's a little hard. Um, it's not something that I primarily focus on though, but as someone who hangs around with a lot of renters, I know that it is a difficult time right now. So it's probably would be the last on my list that I would get. One that I would get would be life insurance. Um as an agent, I do personally think that life insurance is amazing. I think there's a lot of amazing benefits. However, it is not something that people get unless something happens. Okay, there's a very small pool of people that understand what life insurance is, what it does and is proactively getting it. But for the people who don't fit that category, they are most likely not going to purchase it until something tragic happens. Like someone close to them passes away or they see like right in front of their face like, oh dang, maybe I should get life insurance. It's not a bill that the average person I feel like is willing to take on, especially right now. C, which is what I primarily do would definitely be number one on my list because if you open your eyes and if you take a look to your left and if you take a look to your right, you will see something that an a PNC agent can sell. Everyone thanks of can see sales as Auto Home and commercial, which yes, that is what we sell. However, there is so many different policies that we can sell under this. It's not just home, it's not just auto, it's not just commercial. We if you see any business, if you see any car driving, if you see any home, Airbnb, hotel, anything, that is what PNC sales are. So the variety of what we can sell is just so much bigger than life and or then just real estate. I made a previous video where I said real estate and life insurance. I feel like people had to be in very specific points in their life to get those things where as PNC insurance, you need PNC insurance throughout the entirety of your life. So, um in my personal opinion, I would do PNC. I do feel like it's a very um slept on um industry and I think that it's going to blow up in the next few years.
