What happens to an unruly passenger when they get a little too unruly? Well, let's take a look. This happened just recently at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Hey Ramp, Endeavor 5068, we're not going to be able to move for a second here. We pushed off A37 right now. We're going to talk to Clearance, let them know that our wheels-up time is not going to be good. We have a passenger that's having a bit of an issue back there with the flight attendants. So we're going to update when we can move, or if we can move, or what's gonna happen. Just wanted to give you a heads up that we'll be here for a second. Okay. I just want to give you a heads up we're going to be here for a second. We've got a passenger who's acting up in the back. And there are different levels of aggression that the passengers can have. They're actually tracked by law enforcement. I'll talk about law enforcement here in a minute and why you don't want to become an unruly passenger in the back of an airplane. And then we'll finish this video with talking about the combination that you want to avoid. And so many people have tripped over this combination and ended up in jail and fines and and even worse. It's it's awful. So this is Endeavor 5068. They're a regional jet. They fly under the flag of Delta Airlines. They've pushed back off the gate. It sounds like the cockpit crew at least is handling this in a nice, calm, deliberate manner. They're letting the ramp know that they're most likely going to have to go back to a gate to get this passenger deplaned. It just depends on the escalation of the passenger. I want you to think of flight attendants as law enforcement officers. Anytime you get pulled over in a car, that's not a good day. You don't want to get pulled over. And as the policeman's walking from their car to your car, you're thinking about, you know, what are you going to say? Are you going to be charming? Are you going to be angry? Are you going to be upset with this, you know, are you going to get in their grill about, you know, why'd you pull me over? Many of those are bad ideas. You're going to pull out your license and registration, you're going to hand it to the officer. I would always say the best demeanor is going to favor you in the most positive way in the long run. People get on an airplane and they think because the door is closed that there's somehow there's no abiding authority on the airplane and there is. Anytime you're on an airplane, a commercial airplane in the United States, you're on federal territory. You're on federal ground. So anything that you do is a federal offense. So misdemeanors are the question. Now you're talking about felonies and it's going to be handled on the federal level, not the local level. And it's going to be handled by law enforcement, not TSA. So that's the the fundamental differences of when you act up or you see somebody act up on an airplane. We've seen a lot of these videos, you've seen it on the news over the years, you wonder what in the world happens to those people.
