And I'd like to have them off the aircraft. We're going to taxi back to A37 if that's okay, and then we'll talk to our Operations about having them removed from the aircraft. Okay, so these flight attendants, they're being rather aggressive and that tells me that they're in that they're right in that no man's land between did they touch you? Are they just not cooperating? Give me all the details. As a captain, I'm going to always favor my flight attendants. I'm always going to favor the safety of the rest of the passengers on the airplane. And if somebody is a bad actor or they're being unruly, there's no reason for that on an airplane. Go explain that to the judge and the the judge is there to listen to you. And uh and so you need to share all of your deepest complaints to the judge. And the the law enforcement officer will help you uh transport you to that place where you can go talk to a judge and then hopefully you get some compassion there. Uh but not on my airplane, right? So the ramp comes back and this is a Charlotte ramp by the way. It's a it's a very congested ramp, lots of airplanes going on. He's going to have to talk to another airplane here in a minute to get these guys back to the gate. But what does ramp say? Sir, do you all need law enforcement? We can make that call here. Yeah, if uh you guys could just have them uh meet us at the gate and then we'll get that passenger off the aircraft. Hopefully we can get back on time here. Okay, so he says ramp comes back and says yes. So ramp's idea was do you want us to have law enforcement come? TSA doesn't really arrest people. They will call local law enforcement. Once local law enforcement comes in, you're about to have a bad day, a bad week, and a bad maybe year uh ahead of you if you get pulled off this airplane. Um this is going to cost you a bunch of money. Let's see how this happens, how it rolls out. The Frontier 3076. He's going to have to move some other airplanes now. Advise your uh pushback driver, that the 900 that's pushed off 37, he needs to return to the gate for a passenger issue. Just give them a heads up, please. Yeah, we already let them know. Okay, copy. So these guys are already listening in. So what they're going to ask their push crew to do, this other Frontier airplane, is to push them back farther. They can push back farther so that they can then taxi out and get around this RJ-900 that's in front of them. This RJ is going to just basically make a left turn and come right back to the gate. What's this going to cost the passenger when he gets back to the gate? All right, it's going to cost I this is a modest uh estimate, somewhere between $10 and $25,000. Now, that's not just in a fine, that could be a fine, but attorney's fees are going to get involved, then there's going to be fees from the court, then there's going to be any potential fines that the court uh throws at you. There is the lost work for you having to show up in court on court dates. There is the level of anxiety that's going to go on because this is probably going to go on for months, right? They're going to push your court date off, you're going to have to pay the attorneys even more, and then they're going to come back and then the the judge says they can't rule on this and then there's some other motion and you're going to go back and forth and you're just going to be writing one check after another to an attorney to make sure that you stay out of jail and this was all because of your bad behavior, right? Not to mention, after all of that hassle, the potential for actual jail time. Right, they take these things very, very seriously and if you're an unruly passenger and you lay hands on a flight attendant, again, you could spend some time behind bars, all the lost wages, lost reputation, all the things that go with that. I'm thinking between $10 and $25,000 at a minimum. It might cost you even more than that. All right, let's see how they make it back to the gate.
