Tutorial on this ripple effect style. Get your clips ready first. First go to effects and find shaky ripples. Resize the effect and expand a little bit at first. Select object and all video. Next add two adjacent keyframe then first keyframe adjust to all zero. And the second keyframe adjust intensity 100, speed 25, twist 30 and the rest is set to zero. Next is add the ripple overlay which I show at end. Go to splice and select filter. After that select this transition button and add vertical flash. After that then let's see how's the results. Screen record this.
