If you're looking to move to Tampa, you need to check out Harbor Island because I can't name a better area of a city in any city in the United States. Look at this. Walkway, not a person on it. Open container by the way in Florida, nobody's going to stop you for having a drink outside. The river's right there. We got the Marriott, the hockey arena, skyline, Water Street, outdoor bar and restaurant. The sun is setting, it's absolutely beautiful outside. This is the most pristine quarter mile radius of any city that you will ever find in the United States. Like look at this. It almost feels like I'm the only person in the world right now. I mean there's people sitting down there, a few people walking their dogs. The breeze is blowing. I mean the Harbor Island, Tampa, Florida, it it's as good as it's going to get. Oh, it's not in the city. The city's right there, dude. You can walk over the bridge and be on Water Street in five minutes. I can enjoy my high noon and decompress from my long week. No one's bothering me, there's no homeless people, there's no crowds, there's no noise. I don't hear a horn, I don't hear any construction. Dead silent. The water's right there, calming. The sun is setting, beautiful. I've lived here for four and a half years, it doesn't get old. It really doesn't get old. I'm going to hit Motorworks here in a minute, the most underrated bar in Tampa by the way. Maybe hit a little Amso, Sourcey Spritz.
