One Tampa well underway on the downtown Riverwalk side of things. Then you have all of this Water Street development. One, 0.0 is obviously there. 2.0 is going in those two lots. 3.0 is going to be here. All this is getting developed up to Gas Works. Ebor is going to be there. Moxy Hotel and Channel side. There's going to be an outdoor entertainment venue across from the arena. Here's a complete breakdown of what's coming. Shout out Tampa Bay Developer for posting this. The outdoor entertainment venue on the far left is going across from the arena. Water Street 1.0 is there. 2.0 is this blue box. 3.0 is this other blue box. Then you have this entire green trail that's going all the way past me, halfway up this green line right here. Up to Gas Works. Ebor is getting developed. West Shore is getting developed. The Razer moving to Tampa. The Riverwalks getting a full expansion on the other side of the river with one Tampa and new buildings next to UT across from the river. With new buildings next to UT across from the river. Look at this right now. Completely empty. When I do this video again in 5 years, those buildings will be developed. Entertainment center.
