Here's what I spent in May as a 24-year-old founder living in downtown Toronto. For rent, I spent $1885.00. For eating out, I spent $311.44, which I am pretty proud of myself for. I spent $85 bucks on groceries and $65 on drinks, as well as $47 on public transit. For subscriptions, I spent $153.48 of $150, which is up month over month, but that's because Shopify, my old job, does not pay for my phone bill anymore. On coffee shops, I spent $68.85 of $100. And I spent $95 on utilities. My student loans came out to $280 bucks, and everything else rounded out May to bring my total spend to $3230.00, which I tracked on Maple Budget. This is down 16.52% less than last month, which is quite comparable to what I spent as a university student. So I'm pretty proud of that. How much did you spend in May? And I hope this is not too much of a for a twenty-four-year-old.
