If you really want to start being anti capitalist, you have to start accepting your friend's help. That means when your friend offers soup when you're sick, you're going to say yes, because you're gonna need soup either way. So you can either pay an arm and a leg for it with Instacart, or you can deepen your friendship by saying yes and have your friend bring you soup. Because capitalism creates really individualistic culture. So if you want to be part of a greater community, then you're going to have to be a community member. And part of being able to accept help.
