In the last lesson we looked at how relays are used to create control circuits and considered how a single relay can be used to determine two different machine operations, red light on or green light on.

Following on from the previous video where we explored relays and how they could be used to logically control a machine. This naturally leads into ladder logic which begins the learning of PLC programming. Knowing these basic foundations make PLC programming and understanding much easier. In this video, we explore coils, normally open and normally closed contacts within a PLC.
