Hook

I used to think people didn't have more than like two kids because it was really expensive. And by the way, it is really expensive. And then yesterday, so I have two under two, my almost two-year-old, we were at a restaurant, uh, pushes the stroller, which was like locked the doona, so it wouldn't move, shoves the stroller, it tips over, my four-month-old daughter goes flying out onto the concrete. Uh, yeah. Jet to the ER, turns out she's totally fine. I think babies bounce, which is good. Uh, but obviously terrifying. And then while we were there, the ER doctor is like, hey, like have you noticed these like little red spots on her? And it's been like hot and out stuff, so we've left the windows open a few days, so I was like, oh, she has a couple mosquito like bites, we have to close the windows because there's like no screens. And they're like, I think it's hand, foot, and mouth. And I was like, what is that? And then, I was like, oh, you know, we'll monitor it, like hasn't gotten worse or whatever. And then this morning, a family member who helps take care of the kids got blood work done on Monday, something totally unrelated, and gets the blood work back this morning and it turns out that they have hand, foot, and mouth. And then another family member has a UTI, which they thought was related to something else and it turns out that is part of hand, foot, and mouth. So the whole family probably has hand, foot, and mouth, which is gross. My son is trying to K-I-L-L my daughter, looks like, because he hates her and yeah. I feel like I'm living in like a sitcom. Uh, and then my daughter, I think there's like a four-month sleep regression, but she wakes up at, goes down at eight, gets up at 10:30 screaming, and then 1:30, and then 4:30. Anyway, um, if anyone wants to like lock me in a sane asylum, I will go with no force.
