Girls, ladies, this one's for you. Um, I had dinner last night with a handful of girls under 30 like between like 25 and 30 or maybe 24. Um, and like single or with boyfriends really really unsure of what they want like career wise and they were just like Nicole like we you know really admire you, we really admire all that you've built like do you do any kind of like coaching or really like coach us? And I was like, wait, what? Like hang on a second. Ladies, you don't need any coaching or let this be it. Like you can do anything you want in the world. You can be anyone that you want in the world. And by the way, I think we are all wired to assume that someone needs to like open the door for us to do it or call us and say, hey, you should come do this and then you do it. Like we need to be invited into the doing of the thing. You do not need to be invited by the way. It doesn't work like that. Like I have to remind myself of this all the time, but I have to go create the door and then like kick it open. And I think for a long time I've been like, who's going to like call me and be like, you'd be amazing at this like create this opportunity and like life doesn't work like that. And Women are amazing. We're so capable. And ladies, you're smart, you're beautiful, you're awesome. You can do anything you want. Go start that company. Go call that person that you want to work for if you want that job. Go move across the country and just do the thing. Like, just go get it. Go get it. There's no permission. Like there's no permission. No one's going to call you. Like, go get it. Go create it. Go open up a TikTok account and and app like do whatever you want, but you are fully capable. Follow interest, follow things you're good at. If you don't like them, try something else. Try a million things. try everything. You don't need anyone's permission to go do this stuff. And if you need money, go work at a bookstore or a bar tent or go work remote at a customer success job at a startup and save some money. Like I baked under the table uh for like three years to afford literally anything. I worked as a barist all through high school to pay for college applications like, just go do it. So, I don't know what they meant by needing some encouragement, but like ladies, if you're at all worried, that's the wrong emotion. You should be fired up to go do whatever the heck you want. And like shout out to Maggie Sellers building Hot Smart Rich because like for the first year that I was filling a couple of years ago I was like, I don't really get it. Like, it felt I was like were like nervous about it. I was like like, you know, don't don't be too hot and like don't be too smart and like don't ttle being rich. And now I'm like I'm going to want to flag in on my house of like being hot smart rich, but go do all the things, be all the things you don't need anyone's permission, but if you do need it, it's here and like go get it.
