A lot of you are wondering how I'm possibly sold out before, but it's all because my home bakery only takes pre orders. This just means all my orders are paid for ahead of time. And once I reach my baking limit, which is 500, I don't accept any new orders until next week. My day technically began when I started browning butter for a recipe. This brown butter has become such a favorite with my customers, telling me a difference the this week. Being turned into three different flavors: Kinder White Chocolate, Macadamia and my best seller, Classic chocolate. Now it's officially 9:00 AM. All the butter has come down to room temperature. If you guys don't already know, I've been hand mixing all my dough because I started realizing that using my stand mixer 10 different times for the same batch took too long. So now that I'm hand mixing, I'm able to quadruple my original recipe and make 70 cookies in one batch. Another new best seller recently is my Tiramisu.
