prep my sold out cookie business with me at 21 7 am we sold out in under 1 minute this week and have 500 cookies to make we're using my brown butter master dough to make 3 flavours on this weeks menu classic chocolate chunk, creamy kinder, and s'mores this saves me so much time because i can use one base dough & build different flavours from it. 9 am best seller, chocolate chunk 🍪 using the same brown butter dough and turning it into a completely different cookie: s'mores. 12 pm tiramisu and brookie use their own recipes. dough prep is complete, but we're only halfway done 1 pm rolling each dough to 87 grams so every customer gets the same size cookie 9 hour day complete! comment SYSTEM for all my best tips/ systems as a home baker
