If I were moving to Charlotte today this is one apartment community I'd definitely tour this is Bainbridge Mallard Creek and if you're relocating starting fresh or simply looking for a new place to call home here's why I'd make this a option I've lived here since 2013, and honestly I wish this place existed when I first moved here and let me tell you why I think you'll love it the one bedroom layout some of the most spacious I've ever seen and they also offer two bedrooms three bedrooms and loft options depending on what season of life you're in the closets are huge the balconies are massive and the finishes feel modern but designed perfectly beyond the apartment itself I love their amenities and I'm a big fan of two story clubhouses which is open 24 7 with free Wi-Fi private work spaces and plenty of room to to do work remotely or simply just get out the house the fitness center is also open 24 7 and they're going to be introducing monthly yoga and fitness classes for residents their pool area has grill station a dog park and plenty of space designed for everyday living and if you're considering making a move they're currently doing 10 weeks free plus additional moving specials to learn about when you take a tour one of my favorite things about this area is that it gives you breathing room from the non stop pace while keeping you close to restaurants coffee shops and the interstate so if I was moving to Charlotte today Bainbridge Mallard Creek would absolutely be the community I would check out
