is a full day of eating and movement as an 18-year-old to fuel my body. Well, my mornings start pretty much the same way. I think y'all know this. I genuinely go to sleep excited about my coffee the next morning. So that's pretty much the first thing I do when I wake up. And I usually like to have dates before my workouts, but I've actually been mixing it up recently and doing a blueberry waffle instead. This is just a Van's waffle with some cashew butter and jam. And today was a leg day. So I started out with 15 minutes on the stairmaster to get warmed up, followed by some quad and glute focused exercises. I don't know why, but leg days have been my least favorite for years, but I've actually been loving them recently and I've been feeling really strong. After my workout, I came home to make my breakfast plate. I've been having one of these almost every single day. I do a piece of sourdough toast with some avocado, turkey bacon, and fruit, and of course, some parmesan cheese for a little bit of extra protein. After breakfast, I headed out on my first and longest walk of the day, which was almost 3 miles. Lunch was leftovers from the night before. This is my one pot enchilada skillet. We've been loving this meal recently because it's so easy and there's always leftovers. I've of course had my peanut butter cup for a sweet treat after lunch and then for a snack, I had a very melted mini Perfect Bar. I went on my second walk of the day with Andy, which was a .5 mile walk. And then for dinner, we did Mediterranean meatball bowls. Paul and I both love this one, so this is definitely a staple meal for us. And of the day with my favorite night cap, which is a Sprite Zero and a Sweet Loren's cookie before bed.
