Hi guys Here's a full day of eats + movement as a high school runner trying to get faster + stronger + eat ENOUGH In the second week of cross country training For my pre run snack, I usually rotate between a few different things but this morning I had two of my banana muffins These are genuinely so good and the ingredients are amazing and they don't make my stomach hurt so I love them Then I went and ran 4 miles recovery run. The pace was like 8:20 or something because I worked out the day before so I just took it nice and easy. I went early enough where it was warm but not like crazy hot so it was really good. And then I came back and immediately started making breakfast. I have been hyper fixated on this meal and genuinely have had it for breakfast for like two weeks straight. But for breakfast I have been loving a yogurt bowl but adding a waffle for more carbs. My yogurt bowl had yogurt, berries, Purely Elizabeth granola, peanut butter, and a gf waffle. I took my coconut cold and this one was passion fruit, it was my first time ever trying it and it is so much better than the other ones. But for breakfast I have been loving a yogurt bowl with berries, granola, peanut butter, and a gf waffle. I used and I use Nature's Path gluten free ones. They're amazing, you'd never know they're gluten free. Then for lunch, you guys know I have a sweet tooth so I had another sweet meal. I made protein pancakes with berries, peanut butter, and maple syrup. These have like 45 grams of protein. They're made of oat flour which I just blended up oats, egg whites, and yogurt. I just cooked them on the stove and butter like normal pancakes. And topped them with maple syrup, berries, and peanut butter. They're so fluffy, the texture is just like normal pancakes and they taste so amazing. I'm literally obsessed with these. So delicious. And then before the gym I had a light snack. It was a rice cake with honey because I had kind of just eaten lunch but I wanted a little something. I didn't end up getting any clips of my lift but I lifted shoulders and tries. And then finished with 30 minutes on the stair master for my cross train this week because I heard it was good for cross country season. Stairs are always such a good workout. I love them. Okay, apparently this video is just full of my hyper fixation meals but for dinner I made my meal prep. It's a ton of Japanese sweet potato which was on the bottom and then ground chicken, some veggies, cottage cheese, avocado, and then cooked veggies were a new addition though because my mom made them that night so I just threw them in there. And I ended up eating more veggies because they were delicious. Now a single night will ever go by without dessert. So for dessert I made my strawberry banana ninja creami and added some chocolate chips and these Simple Mills peanut butter sandwich cookies. First time trying them, I think they're new and they are so good. And then for a few more carbs I just had half of this Toto's birthday cake cookie. I love Toto's cookies so much. And that was it. This was such a good day of eats. Bye guys.
