Ingredients: ½ purple cabbage head 2 tbsp Mingle Seasoning Balsamic Dressing 1 tsp Honey 160g Greek Yoghurt 1 tsp Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning ¼ lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil Parsley Method 1. Chop the purple cabbage into 4-6 equal parts. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together Balsamic Dressing and honey. Pour over the cabbage and flip so all sides are coated. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes or until softened. 3. Mix yoghurt, Greek Garlic seasoning, and lemon juice together, then smear it on a plate as the bed for your cabbage. 4. Drizzle olive oil and extra Greek Garlic seasoning over the yoghurt bed. 5.
