He's Addy Osmani, a worldwide famous engineer from the Google Chrome team. What he did is packed a full set of production-grade engineering skills for AI agents right inside Claude Code. So there is a skill that will help you nail down what you're trying to build. After that, there is another skill that will help you plan it out and break it into architecture. From there, there is a build skill that will help you write the code, then a verification skill to check it's actually working, and the review skill will go through your entire codebase like a real reviewer would.
