First go ahead and open up Google Gemini and on the search bar here click the plus sign and then select create video. This will open up Gemini's newest video editor. Go ahead and click try it. There's so many new things you could do with Google Gemini, I'm just scratching the surface for this tutorial, but you're gonna go ahead and select portrait 9 by 16. This will give you that TikTok size. Now type in your prompt here. Here's the exact prompt I'm gonna use for this example, you can screenshot this and then use it for yourself. I want to create like a b-roll footage so that I could use it as like a text overlay, so that's kind of the vibe I'm going for. So just like that, Google Gemini created the video for me. Now you can go ahead and download this to your computer by clicking here. Next go ahead and open Canva and then on the search bar you'll have an option called social media. So here just select the correct aspect ratio, either YouTube short or TikTok video. Now drag and drop the video that we got from Google Gemini and then you should see a timeline over here for your video editor and you can see you can now edit it inside of Canva. Next go to elements, search for a square element, place that on top of your video and then adjust it to the entire canvas like this and then what we're gonna do here is change the color to black. So click on color and then change it to black and then click on transparency to bring the transparency down. This is the easiest way to add an aesthetic dark overlay to your video without like any color adjusting. Make sure the rectangle is applied to the entire clip like this. Now when you add text to this video you can clearly see that text. Now go to T to add text to your video and then say whatever you want. I'm just gonna keep it super simple and make sure all the text elements are applied to the entire clip by adjusting it here and that's how easy it is to make a faceless video inside of Canva using AI and then once you're happy with it, click share and then select download, make sure MP4 is selected and that's how you do it. But let's say you have an image of yourself, so drag and drop your image to that video editor, click edit, click image to video and then type in your prompt or just use like their uh smart editor this way it will analyze your image and then Canva will use its AI features to turn your image into a video. This is also a great Canva hack when you don't have time to get on camera but you just need a quick video of yourself for like b-roll footage. And this is what it looks like when it's all done.
