If hay fever season has hit you hard already, you’re definitely not alone 🤧🌿 What many people don’t realise is that hay fever isn’t just a runny nose and a few sneezes. For some people, it can affect sleep, concentration, school, work, and even stop them from enjoying time outdoors altogether. The good news is that there are lots of simple things you can do to help reduce your symptoms before they start taking over. Small changes can often make a big difference, such as: • Wearing wraparound sunglasses to help stop pollen getting into your eyes • Applying a little petroleum jelly around your nostrils to help trap pollen • Keeping windows and doors closed when pollen counts are particularly high And if your symptoms are bothering you, don’t just struggle through them. Your pharmacist is often the best place to start and can help you find the treatment that’s right for you. Please share your hay fever tips below, so we can help each other out this season 💛 #hayfever #tipsandtrik #advice #Summer #hayfeverhacks
