These rental properties are calling everything luxury apartments and they are not luxury. There is no reason why I am paying luxury apartment prices and the trash ain't even being taken out. Valet trash ain't even being taken out some days. What's luxury about that? Oh, but if I leave, if I leave the trash, you know, sitting out there for a little bit, you want to charge me. Every day the trash is not picked up, I should be getting my $30 back. By this point, I should be, the rent should be down about a good $200. There's nothing luxury about half of these apartments. I got to, I got to fight for parking. I don't even have a, I don't even have a designated parking spot. But you want to talk about it's luxury. My refrigerator, silver. But, it ain't no white refrigerator. But I don't have the little water and ice machine, but you talking about luxury apartments. And then want to charge damn near $2,000 for some rent. Everything is not luxury. Just because you in a certain area, don't mean the apartment complex is luxury.
