Hook
As a PCOS girl, I only get advice from 3 kinds of professionals. My hot take, but after having PCOS for about 5 years, I've come to the conclusion that I'm only listening to 3 types of people when it comes to weight loss, fat loss, or any type of metabolic things. An endocrinologist, OBGYN, and a nutritionist. I'm not listening to any personal trainer, I'm not listening to a man, I'm not listening to unless he is an endocrinologist, an OB, or a nutritionist. Because anytime you have PCOS and you talk about, well you know, I when I eat these type of food like I get bloated, blah blah blah, they want to tell you all types of things. And at this point, I just feel like the only person, my stuff is melting already, only person I should be listening to is someone who's a licensed professional. That's what I'm looking for. I'm sorry if that offends anybody, but that's just my personal opinion. I will not be sitting here telling a trainer, oh yeah I have PCOS, but he's a man, and they just try to gaslight me into making me feel like I'm I'm I'm the problem. No. If you don't know what you're talking about, I'm not going to you.
