The older you get, the more being in shape becomes a flex. Everybody's in shape. Most people are in shape, like, middle school, high school, all the way to like 24, 25. Once you go over 25 and you start hitting like the late 20s, mid 30s, 40s, it's a flex. And it's not because it's like some magic thing. For some people, it's genetics, but developing a habit of eating right, exercising, and staying active is tough the older you get. And it's not because your metabolism, your metabolism does drop just a little bit as you age, but it's not nothing significant. It's honestly just your habits. Are you still eating healthy at an older age? Are you still working out at an older age? For most people, it's not that easy when you have kids or a full-time job or you're in school or all three. It gets a lot harder. Of course, when you have health issues as well. So being in shape the older you get is definitely a flex. You don't see that many people who are 40 years old still in shape. You don't see that many women, you know, birthing multiple kids and being in shape, or multiple dads who are taking care of the household and still being in shape. So being in shape as you get older becomes a flex. Yeah.
