🙌🏽💖FOLLOW, SHARE and SAVE if this “gets you”. Okay, I get it. It feels high-key embarrassing to be this hurt over an insecure adult ganging up on you with a crew of other equally insecure adults who normalize how they're behaving. At the core of the behaviour, this forces you to feel like the problem must be you by design. After all, "if a group of people say something" many uninformed and uneducated people tend to automatically believe what they say. But, uniformed and uneducated people usually aren't the types that make for the safest friends, family members, relationship partners, or close teammates to spent most of your time with. And, since that's the case, it's okay to stop caring so much what people like that think. So whose opinion should you care about instead? Your own. You know you don't deserve to be mistreated and harmed. You know how this person's actions are making you feel on the inside. It's okay to hide it from them as a show of strength, but don't hide it from you. It's normal to be hurt when someone hurts you. It's normal to feel betrayed when folks stand around watching instead of doing anything to help. So if you're struggling, therapy is a great place to start getting back on track instead of internalizing your feelings and pretending you should be stronger than having any. That's self-abuse. 🫶🏼✨ Hey, I’m Dee. I’m NOT a therapist or Dr of any kind, and nothing I share on this page is a substitute for professional medical advice or should be taken as medical advice. I’m just a woman healing from CPTSD out loud by talking about psychology, relational aggression, neurodivergence, relationships, and what’s helping me heal along the way. If that aligns, hit FOLLOW to see more. 👀💕 #MentalHealth #psychology #cptsd #toxicrelationships #toxicpeople
