As a woman, your pedigree matters more than looks and here are four ways to boost your pedigree. This is because the majority of us do not come from old money families or do not have supermodel looks that alone can carry us into every single room. So here are four ways to boost your pedigree. 1. Education. You need a bachelor's degree period, but make sure it's a return on investment. 2. Hobbies. You're going to need a hobby, whether that's playing an instrument, playing a sport, painting, you have to have substance in a hobby will give you that. 3. Network. Your network is your net worth and I'm sure no matter where you live, there are networking opportunities for you to put yourself out there. 4. Philanthropy. Last but not least, philanthropy. You can either volunteer or donate. I volunteered for a high profile election here in Washington DC and that has opened so many doors for me and I am a donor to several causes which gives me entry to several galas.
