help me decide where to send my husband on a surprise trip

Four years ago, my now husband and I sent each other on what we call a swap trip, which is where we booked and planned a one-week solo trip for the other person, but the catch was that we didn't know where we were going until we got to the airport. So we fully packed for each other, booked flights, made accommodations, etc., and then drove ourselves to the airport and handed each other envelopes with our destinations. And then we met up for the second week in Tahiti. So we were kind of meeting in the middle. It was so fun. We both love solo travel, obviously love traveling with each other, but it was just a really fun way to see how the other person would plan travel for you and, you know, figure out what you like. So we're gonna do it again. We've wanted to do it ever since, and we just haven't had the time. But I am stumped on where to send him. Last time, I sent him to Peru, he sent me to New Zealand, and then we met up in Tahiti. This time, we're going to meet up in Copenhagen. We're going in like a month. So it'll be late July. He loves outdoor activities like trail running, mountain biking, surfing, anything outside, he will have a great time. This time, we'll only have like five days of the solo trip part. I have obviously no idea where he's sending me, but my goal is that he's like within two to three flights from Copenhagen because last time Peru was like a five-flight situation to get to Tahiti. So, anyway, if you have any suggestions on places that are not horrifically far from Copenhagen, but kind of nowhere in the world is off limits aside from South America, perhaps, because I sent him there last time. Let me know, because I need to start planning this ASAP. And I've done a ton of research and I have some ideas, but I'm curious if anybody has any other ideas that I haven't thought about yet. So let me know.
