I opened a coffee shop in San Francisco a little under a month ago and we just had our biggest Saturday ever. Um, we had to close an hour early because we ran out of practically everything. But I figured it would be cool to run through the numbers of items we sold because it's the most ever, which is super crazy. Um, so today we sold 751 cups of coffee and tea, which is psychotic. Um, just for context, when we were planning this whole space and this whole venture, we had modeled out a best-case scenario of 220 cups a day and a medium model scenario of 175 cups a day. Today we did 751, which is so awesome and and just incredible. Um, we're obviously so stoked. I think there's still things to work out, of course, um, like the fact that we ran out of things and had to close early. But, um, if you came today or if you've come any time since we opened, thank you so much. Um, I want to run through the breakdown of items because I think it's pretty interesting. I like watching these kinds of videos before I open. So, um, let's get into it. We did today 151 banana lattes, which is crazy. Um, we launched it two days ago on our grand opening day in collaboration with Violet Witchall and clearly people love it, which is awesome. So, um, 151 banana lattes, 114 lattes, 108 cold brews, 46 matcha, 55 caps, 75 cloud nines, 70 black diamonds, 32 drip coffee, 24 americanos, 10 hojichas, 52 sunburns, which is our espresso tonic with orange. And then 13 cortados, which is crazy. Um, then we sold 84 quarter cookies. So we have a giant 9-inch chocolate chip cookie that's gluten-free and we sell it in quarters. So we did 84 quarters and then 10 giant cookies. Um, so awesome. And then we did 170 pastries. And our pastries split out half come from Neighbor Bake House and then the other half come from Saltwater Bake Shop, who also does our cookie. So, anyway, 751 cups. That's it. Um, thank you and we will be open tomorrow from 7 AM to 5. Hopefully, fingers crossed. I just went to whole foods to get a bunch more milk because we can't get a delivery until Monday. So, anyway, thank you and thank you for coming if you came. Um, one other thing that might be interesting, um, is that our average order today was $14.83, which is up 18% from last Saturday, which is, um, because we've finally started dialing in the number of pastries we sell every day, particularly on the weekends. So we had more pastry availability today. We only sold out in the late afternoon, which is awesome. And, um, the goal is to have pastries available until close, but also not have any waste. So far, we have not had a single day with any wasted food, which is awesome and we'd love to keep it that way. But the more we have pastries available all day, the higher the average order is, because you get a higher attach rate of people that will pick up a pastry. So, that was great and yeah, it was our biggest sales day, biggest number of coffee cups day, biggest everything day. Um, so, that's it. Um, thank you and see you tomorrow.
