Without sounding frightfully middle class, I had an email last night from the lady that helps me with the garden for half a day a week saying that due to the extreme weather event, she wouldn't be able to work this week. But your gardener doesn't want to come in because it's too hot and work in direct sunlight in your garden? That doesn't sound completely unreasonable to me. Given that they're shutting schools. I quickly checked the forecast. Did we in sunny Suffolk have a hurricane headed our way? No, we didn't. It's the 23rd of June and it's 29 degrees. That is very hot. 29 degrees is pretty and actually, in direct sunlight, which presumably your garden is, it would be even hotter. I should say, this is the same lady that just got back from two weeks in Greece for some sun where I think it was uh, for some sun where I think it was 38 degrees. Was she doing manual labour? Was she doing gardening or was she just lounging by It is summer. The sun is meant to shine. It's meant to be quite hot. Yes, yes, I think we can all agree that. But it's the severity of the heat which is the problem. I would understand it being called an extreme weather event if it was the 3rd of January and it was set to be 30 But this is summer. Uh, okay. So you think extreme just means impossible is that what you're saying? But I swear to God, in England now, it can't rain, be slightly windy, little bit of thunder, or the sun comes out before the BBC are alerting to everybody to the extreme risk that they are going to face from it being slightly warm. I see. We're We're bashing now. I think we're getting to the number of it here. Really what they're doing is just being a public service broadcast. This is the point, right? Some people are vulnerable to that sort of thing. We need to know. We need to know if it's gonna be windy or sunny because some people need to know that for the conditions or the houses they live in or whatever it is. It's common sense. And just to be clear, the reason this upsets me is because it is part of the mass brainwashing and propaganda campaign designed to make everybody think that the world is about to end and that we all need to commit harder to mad Miliband's net zero. Oh, I see. You're a climate denier. It's starting And of course, you've mentioned Ed Miliband who just happens to be the Labour person to get us to net zero. It's happening all over the world in multiple countries we are driving towards net zero because it is an absolute necessity. We aren't being brainwashed. It's what the science is telling us. There is a scientific consensus that the climate is changing slightly. Does this look like

Does this look like There is no scientific consensus that that was caused by humans or is set to cause any major issues for humanity, particularly in the UK. That's just a flat out lie. More than 99.9% of studies agree: Humans caused climate change. More than 99.9% of peer-reviewed scientific papers agree that climate change is mainly caused by humans, according to a new survey of 88,125 climate-related studies. They all agree that the climate changes are experiencing. The very sudden and very quick climate is because of human action, because of us pumping out too much carbon into the atmosphere and the warming of the oceans and everything that goes with it. And it is a problem for lots and lots of people. Look at India. There are thousands of people that have lost their lives in the current heatwave. People in Europe have done the same. And it is going to happen here in this summer or maybe the next. It will happen. So you're just lying to us. Whenever anybody talks about the extreme weather events in the UK, it for me is just them waving a flag that says I have zero critical thinking skills. Which is ironic really because you're the one that doesn't just ignoring the entirety of the scientific who have all agreed that this is what's happening. So I'm sorry mate, you're lying.
