Hi, I'm Blythe and I believe it only takes like 3 to 9 months to completely rearrange your life. So I'm gonna help you do that today by giving you 5 sentences that you can say to yourself to help you level up to the next version of yourself. One. What do I want more? This is something I ask myself when I'm debating between doing the hard thing and the easy thing. When I have a goal, like I need to work out three times a week or whatever, and two days go by and I haven't worked out in a while and I'm like, hmm, I don't know, the couch is looking pretty comfy. Then I think, what do I want more? Do I want the couch right now, or do I wanna hit my goals in the future? And usually when I ask myself this question, I'm gonna pick the harder choice because I know that that's what I actually want more. But when I'm not, like, actively consciously thinking about this question, I might pick the couch cause I'm just going throughout my day to day. But when I'm actively like, what do I want more? What do I literally want more? I wanna hit my goals more than I want the discomfort of whatever it takes to get them. So what do I want more? Two. I don't have to know the future to trust it. I love this one. I say this to myself all day long, because I'm an anxious girly on Lexapro. I don't have to know the future to trust it. I don't have to know the future to trust that it's gonna come. I don't have to know the future to trust that it's gonna be exactly what I need personally for my life. I don't have to know the future to trust that I'm gonna be okay wherever the future takes me. I do not have to know the future to trust it. Three. I'm not here to judge. This is something that I've recently started saying to myself, and it is liberating because I will catch myself in a moment where I'm judging someone or I'm just like, I wouldn't do things that way. Or literally, the other day I was at a stoplight and there was an old man next to me in his car with. Shirtless. And my first thought was, why is he shirtless? And then I was like, I'm not here to judge. I'm not here to judge. I don't care if he's shirtless. Be shirtless. He's allowed to be shirtless. Like, I just wanna change my mindset from automatically thinking, that's something strange or, I wouldn't do that or whatever, to, I'm actually not here to judge. That's not my role here. Peace be with you, sir. Four. Things change, and then they change again. This is something that I say to myself all the time, but especially when things are hard. Things change, and then they change again. But also, when things are not hard, things change, and then they change again. Nothing is permanent. Everything is always changing. Change is all we have. We have to get comfortable with that. We have to get comfortable with that. I think the way we get comfortable with that is by accepting that life is always changing, and one day it will end. And so we have to be so present. We have to be so in love with the people and things that we have in our lives while we have them. And five. I am exactly on time for my own life. I love this one. I am exactly on time for my own life. I'm on Blythe's time. I'm on nobody else's time. Nobody else's timeline is important to me. I am on time for my life. It is so liberating when I say this to myself. It is just the permission I need to. To accept that I'm exactly where I need to be. Everything is working out. I don't need to compare timelines to anyone else's, because I am here for my own timeline. And I am exactly on time for my own life. Everything I'm experiencing right here in this moment, whether it's pain, whether it's joy, whether it's happiness, whether it's tension, it's intentional, and it is building me toward the next version of me. I am exactly on time for my own life. As always, I have a substack that I go deeper on all these things every other Thursday, so if you'd like to sign up, link is in my bio. Mwah.
