We might be getting a passenger train that would go from Raleigh to Wilmington, North Carolina. One proposed route would go through Clayton, Selma and Goldsboro. Another proposed route would be pretty cool. It would actually go alongside I-40. So the train is gonna have Wi-Fi and the whole route is gonna take two and a half hours. So for comparison, a car going that same distance would typically take two hours, 10 minutes. And this will be really cool day trip down to Wilmington, especially if you work remote because you can get on that Wi-Fi, work on the way down there and spend the day down there. There's a lot that this place has to offer with beaches and a lot of cool restaurants. So this project is gonna cost at least $810 million. And a lot of that cost is because we have to build a bridge over the Cape Fear River. So there hasn't been a train that's taken people from Raleigh to Wilmington since 1968. I think this would be a great addition for the state and follow for more insights on North Carolina and like if you'd like to participate in the upside of the state, let me know, I can add you to my investor list.
